For some reason, I have this weird feeling in me that kept telling me that I am going to die.
 I don't know, 
I'm sure most of the people around me are starting to get
 annoyed with my sudden religiousness. But I couldn't help it, I'm so scared. 
I'm so scared of dying. 
I'm so scared of afterlife. 
What if, one day, I didn't wake up from my sleep? 
What if I forgot to pray, or didn't pray the die before I die? 
What is going to happen to me? I'm scared. 
Everyday, I pray, I pray for the best for everyone around me too. 
We shall all be a better Muslim as days pass. One day, you will all change too. 
This, in no way am I trying to show off, or be proud but this is what I have been feeling these days. 
I don't know why am I so scared all the time. 
It's like death is running after me.

Hukum Memelihara Anjing
Imam Nawawi berkata: Mazhab Syafie berpendapat, Haram memelihara anjing tanpa ada keperluan dan harus memelihara untuk tujuan perburuan, menjaga tanaman dan menjaga binatang ternakan. (Syarh sahih muslim)
 
Ulama Maliki berpendapat, "Makruh memeliharanya dengan tujuan selain dari menjaga tanaman, menjaga binatang ternakan dan berburu."
Sebahagian ulama Maliki mengatakan harus. "Pelihara untuk jaga rumah dan tujuan lain (selain 3 tujuan yang disebut dalam hadis)
 
Imam Abdul Bar berkata, "Termasuk dalam berburu dan sebagainya yang mengharuskan membela anjing adalah membelanya untuk mendapat manfaat dan menghindari kemudaratan. Ini diambil dari qias. Makruh membelanya hanya kerana membela tanpa keperluan." (Fathul Bari)
 
Ibnu Quddamah (Hambali) berkata, Haram membela anjing untuk men­jaga rumah kerana hadis yang lepas."
 
Kesimpulan: Ini termasuk dalam perkara khilaf. Mazhab Syafie membe­narkannya untuk tujuan keperluan seperti berburu, menjaga rumah dan se­bagainya dan haram membelanya tanpa tujuan tertentu.
 
Rujukan: Fathul Bari oleh Ibnu. Hajar Asqalani, syarh sahih muslim oleh 1 Imam Nawawi dan Mausuah Feqhiah kuwaitiah.

Pun begitu, Al-Qaradawi menjelas­kan, anjing yang dipelihara kerana ada kepentingan seperti untuk berburu, menjaga tanaman dan ternakan dike­cualikan. Larangan memelihara anjing hukumnya makruh bukannya haram. Kalau sesuatu yang hukumnya haram maka ia sama sekali tidak boleh dilaku­kan langsung sama ada pahalanya berkurangan atau tidak.

Anjing boleh dibela oleh orang Islam untuk tujuan-tujuan tertentu saja menurut Sheikh Ahmad Kutty.
1. Anjing yang dilatih untuk kerja memburu. Namun harus diingat, Islam hanya membenarkan mem­buru untuk tujuan makanan saja kerana Islam tidak membenarkan haiwan dibunuh atas sebab suka­suka.
2. juru pandu, anjing yang digu­nakan oleh orang buta untuk menjadi juru pandu yang terlatih melakukan khidmat itu.
3. Melaksanakan tugas-tugas polis.
4. Penjaga keselamatan rumah dan harta  benda.
5. Sebagai penggembala dan penjaga ternakan seperti kambing dan lembu.
